I'm using PLA 3D Fila and it seems to "work" just fine. That said, in addition to printed files you will need:A USB keyboard circuit board (obviously). I used HP KU-0841 but basically any USB keyboard that have a working button will doScrews and nuts:M3 screws, mostly 12 mm and 16 mm long... sometimes length matters, sometimes notM3 nutsM4x20 mm screw (preferably slightly longer)M4 nut (I prefer lock nut, but it's not necessary)M4x40 mm screw partially without threads (dunno whats the real name of those) if using vertical spring method. Smooth part of the screw allows the spring compress freelyA spring. Diameter 5-8 mm, unsure about length and thickness as it depends on how much force you want to use to move the arm/handle. I use ~5.8 mm x 40 mm push spring with a pull spring bought from local hardware store (Biltema)ORIf springs are not available for you, you could try a rubber band insteadWire for obvious reasons (does not need to be thick - even IDE cable works)Main switch:Nickel strip (approx. 4 mm wide) or similar metal stuff for printable switch bodyORLimit contact switch from eBay or so. The switch should stay in place with just one screw, but you can use two. Note: you probably need to drill bigger holes on the switch. Use 3 mm drill bit to do it, bigger could damage itHandle attach method:GlueORGrub/lock screw (M3) (max length around 9 mm)ORMake it tight fit using other waysOptional:Push button for Grip.stl/v2-Grip.stlSecond spring for more resistancePatienceCoffee (tea will not suffice, F the tea drinkers)Blanket if you feel cold after the coffeeWTH I'm doingTools:Screwdriver3 mm drill bitScissors or similar tool for cutting nickel strip (if using printed switch)Soldering ironMultimeter (not a must, but may make things with PCB easier)
