Copo de Manteiga de Amendoim foi projetado para Impressora 3D. My family eats a lot of peanut butter. We buy it in the all natural form so when you get it, there's a puddle of oil at the top and the bottom is hard-packed clay... Mixing the peanut butter is a chore that none of us wants anything to do with.. So I designed this tumbler. Run it overnight with room-temperature peanut butter that is still sealed and the next morning, it will be completely mixed. Sometimes we have to run it a little longer.You need to print 2 end plates and 4 pipe ends. The pipe ends have long shafts on them but only one of them needs the long shaft to go into the Rotisserie motor. So when you print the remaining three pipe ends, you can abort the print early or just cut them off. In addition to the items that you print, you will need to also procure:4 bearings: https://www.amazon.ca/uxcell®-Skateboard-Groove-Bearings-26x9x8mm/dp/B014R1ST7S(I know the item description says "Skateboard" but they're not the 608z bearings you're thinking of. These are larger 629ZZ)1 Rotisserie motor: https://www.amazon.ca/Onlyfire-Universal-Electric-Replacement-Rotisserie/dp/B00X7RKCC42 lengths of 1.5" ID black ABS tubing.1/4" all-thread and nuts.Some O-rings or rubber bands.I printed this in both ABS or PLA 3D Fila. I used hair-spray for adhesion and a heated enclosure definitely helps. You will probably need to file the chamfers on the pipe ends to fit snugly into the bearings but I was after a tight fit so it would have enough grab inside the rotisserie motor.It's not pretty, but it works awesome. I've included the FreeCAD files in case you need to modify anything.This is my first real project. Suggestions welcome.
